This video shows how the helmets are made. Metal mold goes into the oven with a plastic on the top of it. Heat softs the plastic metal mold rises up and the plastic takes the shape of the mold. It is seperated with the rubber hammer. They cut the fabric according to the shape of helmet. They brush some glue on the helmet. They heat the fabric to work easier with it. They strech the fabric on the helmet it doesn’t buggle so it fits tightly. With wooden tool they smooth away the any air bubbles. They surround the edges with the rubber piping. They drills holes for the marks. They assembly harness inside of the helmet and they attach it with the staple. They put sponge liner into the helmet for protecting for any stroke to the head. They size it with the gage and label it on the helmet. It takes about half an hour to make a helmet. The most importing part about this video was the combination of metal mold and the plastic cover.
