This video shows how the snow blader is made. They are called augers. They move the snow from middle to the right and left side. The process starts as a blade which are like steel discs and 3mm thick. Press gives the shape with 200 tons of pressure. Worker takes steel tool called hub and take them to the assembly line. The hub and auger go to the conveyor belt for to go to the robotic builder. Robot fuses 2 pieces in a single unit. Workers construct the steel housing incase of augers. Housing has 4 parts. First, a cup to hold the impalor, second a bath piece for the whole for the cup and two sides blades. Everything is upside down for robot to access the backside also. Then electrostatic paint process starts. They paint with the positive electro charge. They attach gas powered engine to the frame. They attach the ougers to the housing. The last part is the handle of the snow blower. There is also a head light for the nights and snowy days. The interesting part about this video was the actions of robotic builder.
