This video shows how the engines for the boats are made. In the top there is engine and in the bottom there is gear case. Aluminum sceleton has cylinders on it and it goes into combustion system. Machine looks for the dimension and brush oil on it and to the walls that are inside with the piston. Pistons are assembled manually and they put them into the holes. They put this piston into the rod and then into each cylinder. Crank shaft is lowered and connected. They close it by aluminum cover. They put a fly wheel that generates electricity. Then they load a gear case. Then another machine looks the dimensions of the shaft and if it is short they add more cylinder to compensate the shortness. They are also connected to the prepalar. They load gear case for transforming the power from engine to the prepalor. They make extra work on the surfaces because they want it to resist to salted water. They put information about every cylinder with automatic machine. This part was the most interesting because every installation and inputting the engine is automatic. They make a test in the tank. They run and analyse the performance. They put another cover on the top and to the sides. They are made by heavy duty plastic.
