This video shows how oil paints are made. Chemists make the lindsy oil in pigment. It rops ingredients together and after a while they can take pigments throughout the oil. Searhing team compares colors and selects best one.Time and speed is precised by the formulation. They put this mixture into the mill. Mill rubs the ingredients . It can take hours or days. Then the colors go to the quality control. They make 3 tests. Firstly; Spread test which measures the volume of color that spreads. If it doesnt spread enough they mill more. Secondly; they make dispursion which checks if the particles are big or not. Thirdly; they check the drying time after these tests they packes oil into the twist cabs and close it by clamps. The most interesting part sometimes in the 3rd step of checking they can measure the drying time up to 2 weeks and making chips which show the variety of colors is also other interesting part.
