This video shows how the spoons, knives and forks are made. For forks they cut metal sheet and then punches them with a blade which makes blanks. Spoon rollers go into a cross roller. It expands the spoon surface. Then spoons go into the clipping tool which precises right size and shape. They all go into machine to make smooth edges. Because of this tools in the video for the royal family they sculpes some patterns on the handle. This was the interesting part because it needs a highly skilled work. Dye embasses the pattern, marks the manufacturers name and penses the final button to the curve. Forks go into the press to have the right curve. Spoons also go into the press which includes the emoiling dye. It gives a ball shape to the spoon. Knives are more complicated. Handles of knives has 2 parts. They make 2 edges and they join them with flux which is chemical cleaner. Then they put some powder metal and it sticks to the flux. They go into the furnace for 12 minutes at 900C. They put handles into the santurifuge machine after it each handles are filled with cement. Each handle take a blade. They submerge the knives into hot water for 12 min. which cures the cement. Then they sharpen the blades and polish. Sharpening is at the end of the process because of the safety.
