This video shows how the cue sticks are made. For bottom section they use expensive bird’s eye marble. Wood spins on a lay and it is shaped as a donut. It is like block into a cylinder. Square tips deal cutter because of putting the fore arm to the lower part. They attach plastic ring to around of the rimp and glued it down. It is decorative but also gives to cue the stability. He attaches another ring on it. This ring is metal silver alloy. Computerized cutter makes the diameter which is desired. CNS machine creates geometric designs in the wtick. They also cut the same size and same shapes from the wood. He handles them carefully because they are fragile. He sladders a thick mixer into a stick for as design. He puts these designs to a hole. He puts another one inside of the other one. This process makes good look of the stick. They screw steel joint to a pin. Then they varnish the stick. They use a glue and rod with it. With this process now it is easy to grib. The setting od the diameter of the sticks was the interesting part of the video.
