This video shows how the blades are made. The blades are made of carbon steel or staimless steel. Blade steel is less than 4mm. This steel is given to the press. This machine makes blanks. They have same slot in the center for attaching the handle. It is flexible now you can bend the steel. The next step is to temper the steel. It goes into the hot furnace for 30 seconds. From furnace they go to punching tool that pops them from the strip. After polishing workers inspect every blanks. They put them on a metal rod until they have the right number of blanks. Then they load this rod to another machine and it makes the blades. After that they clean them with ultrosonic cleaning machines. They move onto final inspection. They go through two different inspectors. In the packaging they cover them with the brown papers with includes anticollosion chemical. This provides extra protection against rust. Then they foils the blades and then they make the final inspection with counting and packaging them. The interesting part was attaching the blanks on a rod and then obtaining a blade with the machine.
