This video shows how the coffee cups are made. They start with paper which has a fin plastic coating. It is rolled into a printer and they make a layer onto the paper. After the image is done they are cut from the certain place which depends on the cup size. Computer counts them and when it is 200 they take another cup group. Then workers load this groups into the another conveyor. Then paper cups take their shape and cups are covered with the paper. It is without bottom now. Bottoms are shut down to the cups. In another machine cups get a rim for not spilling. They travel to the packing department with vacuum system. They are packed as a group. For inspection they put some coffee and check for the licks with mirror reflection. Licks are occured 1 in a million and they determine what is the problem. The most important about this video was the convenience of the inspection by mirror reflection and making the transfer process by vacuuming.
