6. The Boats

This video shows how the boats are made. Modern boats have special aluminum alloy. They start with sheet of aluminum and with rolling machine they made it as a tube. So they can carry a lot of weight. With pacing machine they join two ends of the tube. The other roller make aluminum sheet in the form of tapered cylinder with hydrolic pressure. They turn it into lick proof chamber. They make it as cone with tig welding. Temperature can reach to 5000C. At the end of each chamber they put a assembly which is called baffle and it extra protects the licks. Chambers are whelmed together to form floats. They inspect the chambers for licks by giving air into it. They put aluminum cross members on the tubes. They put a wood on the cross members and they glue a fabric onto it. They prepare aluminum side panels and put it on the railing. Curling machine curves the railing with pressure in precised angle. They put this assemblies on the platform. They screw all the staffs(including the furniture) on the boat floor. They put a console for controlling. They put a motor behind it so the boat is ready. The most inetersting thing about this video was that the bottom of the boats are made by aluminum.
