This video shows how the swords are made. They place high carbon steel in a fixture. Computer blades cut it into the specific dimensions. After carving, they submerge the sword into hot liquid. They softens the steel to eliminate the stress because of carving. Then they submerge it into the cool liquid to retain reflexibility of the sword. It gives spring equality to the sword. Then they sharpen the edges. They test the strenght of the sword by cutting the metal. Then they make the palmar and the guard by casting them. They smooth the edges on these parts. Palmar is the challenging one. It has too many details. They attach the guard to the blade. they also attach the palmar and pin block. They blast it with a torch. They cover the handle with a grib and cover it with black leather. Then they stick the leather on the handle. They make the brand mark on the steel. The process of decreasing the stress of the sword which is occured by carving was the most interesting part.
