This video shows how the reflector is made. It starts with glass blowers. They heat glass tubes to 1600C to make it softer. They bend it to specific shapes. It is made by housing electrodes lead wires and Xenon gas. Custom orders are hand made from start to finish. They make even the electrolide manually. They put metal powder into the press. With 4 tons of pressure compress the powder into the palet. In 1700C fuses the powder particle units into a solid unit. They put two electrotes one for the positive charge and the other one for the negative charge. They roll a trigger lead. Machine vacuums the air from the tubes and inject xenon gas into the tubes and close the tubes under the electrodes then cuts off the access glass. They heat the glass for eliminate the impuritiess on it. Wire is transfomed for regulating the voltage. 3 wires that are connected to the (+) and (-). They inspect the flashes how long how often they are flashing. The most interesting part was the making the electrolite by manually.
