17. Tires

This video shows how tires are made. They are started with white flat strip a partially process rubber. It goes into hot extruder, this transforms rubber in to narrower and rounder form. It falls between hot cylinders. They roll it and make it in more thinner structure. In the other oart they make the metal framework for tires. In side of chamber friction polishes the metal frame. They spray it. They put it to the rubber rolling system. The arm takes the metal part to the rollers to take the rubber on it. It layers the rubber around it up to 100 times. When the rubber around of the metal hub bar presses the tire to eliminate the air pockets. They spray the tire for moving it easier later. They center the tire in the mold with a metal ring. Then they lower the top section of the mold onto it. And they take it to the hot place. Hot hydrolic pressure melts rubber. The interesting part about this video was the giving a shape to the rubber with the hot extruder.
