This video shows how the tubes for chips are made. They make it by foil which keeps chips fresh. Then they cover the tubes with a label paper which is made by camera cutting. Then they put lids on it make the tubes upside down so they can put the chips into the tubes. On the other hand they mix 1/3water and 2/3 potato flacks with a little corn starch for making them thin. Conveyor brings the mixture to the rollers. With 4tons of pressure it rolls the mixture into a one long potato sheet. This sheet goes into the cutter and it is cutter in oval shape. Then they go to the fryer for 11 seconds. In the fryer they are made into shape of concave which makes them more stackable. The reason for their concavity was the interesting part of this video. They get a seasoning. Worker inspect the chips. Then they are filled into the tubes. They set the other top of the tubes. It takes about 20min to make one tubes of stackable chips.
