This video shows how compact discs are made. They place thin plate of a glass into a machine. There are brushes which perfectly clean the glass. Cleaning step finishes with ionize water and goat hair brush. These contributes the elimination the rotation of surface. They do inspection for checking the clamningness of the surface. Chemicals are adding to the surface and photo resisting coding. It is done under 21C and it takes 3min. It dries in 30 minutes. Then electrocoding process starts which makes film coding with replying nickel and nadium. Discs are made by polycarbonate which is very special plastic. It is injected into the dye. So discs are ready to melocated. Metalizing process is very short.They take plastic discs and cover them with aluminum over 100 compact discs. They varnish the discs and ultraviolet labs quickly dries the varnish. And after that they go to the printing machine and in 1 minute about 70 discs are labeled. The interesting point about this video is that the film coding process which is also electroforming process resolves in the master which discs will be made.
