This video shows how the hair clippers are made. They make the hair clippers by heavy duty plastics. The automatic molds melt the plastic into specified parts. Robots take them place them into the fixtures. Another robot puts plastic switch into each contents. They wrap the wire around 2000 times around the spool to make the blades available. Robots work on lower casing. One installs blade slide to place the blades. The other one engages the slides. Automatic screw driver fastens everything together. They slide the switch assembly in the position. To activate it with a switch click they run a power cord from switch to the power coil. Punch press stands for the clippers. The blades are not sharpened yet. After good wash and heat treatment they go another place to get teeth. The interesting part was that each clipper has 2 blades with different purposes. One with cutting teeth so they can cut the hair. Other one is for insinaring the hair for to be cut. They melt the blades on the head of the clipper for double edge action. They prepare a pack for the consumers.
