This video shows how the injectors are made. Chips are cut into 5cm long. Their thickness should be 2mm. They take 12 cm strips for eaach tubes so there are 100 chips per strap. They spray with aluminum oxide to make the surface more easier to work with. They place them to grimbing fix tear. They snap a shot. First, the fixture shapes them into a rough, so it is not sharp yet. Secondly, grib sharpens the tubes. They make an inspection about the diameter of tubes inside & outside. They look one of them in a buggle with a microscopy. Breast and nickel plastic machine are called hobbes. Then automatic assembly machine tips on the wheel needle go onto hobbes. They fit together precisely. The automatic assembly machines which joins needle and hobbes were the interesting part of this video.
